W. Monte Stubbs, Jr.

Monte Stubbs left the institutional environment in 1993 when he formed a fund acquiring distressed assets in the RTC era. That fund continues to own and operate a handful of assets and has generated a 46% IRR over its life. Over the past 27 years he has bought or built over 50 projects in 10 states. The geographic concentration has been in Florida (industrial/flex and retail in Tampa, Orlando and Miami) and more recently NYC Metro (rental and for sale apartments). From 1986-1990 was a Director of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets making bridge loans and providing investment banking services to the real estate industry. From 1981-1986 was a founding member of Dean Witter Realty which acquired and operated commercial and residential properties in partnerships funded by Dean Witter clients. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Transit Oriented Development Council. Harvard Business School and the University of Virginia.
Ed Rotter

Ed Rotter has executed over $7 billion in real estate transactions during his 35 year career with top institutional real estate managers. He is also an officer of Zeus Capital Managers, an international private equity firm and Chairman of its affiliate Zeus Capital Partners. For close to two decades, Ed has served as Managing Director and Equity Partner at Clarion Partners, one of the premier US real estate investment advisors. Mr. Rotter has also served as CIO of Twining Properties, a leading residential developer, and as a senior officer in the transaction groups of Jones, Lang, LaSalle, Baring Advisors and Landauer. He served as a member of REBNY, the ICSC, and ULI. Harvard Business School and Yale College.
Ty Howard

Ty Howard was CEO of a real estate company operating 200 acres of commercial property in 7 locations on behalf of international investors until its sale for $540 million. He previously was Executive Vice President of AIMCO a large apartment REIT responsible for its value-add improvements and founder of Reading Australia a publicly traded theater and retail developer. He started his career with Trammell Crow in Silicon Valley and Idaho. Howard was directly responsible for the development and property management for more than three million square feet of commercial space. Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Law School.
Marc Goodman

Marc Goodman was the Chief Investment Officer at Fifth Street Finance Corp. (now known as Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation NASDQ: OCSL), a publicly traded Business Development Company, which he helped co-found. Assets under management approached one billion dollars. Marc was president of Cross River Consulting, where he provided consulting services primarily to creditors and bank groups in connection with corporate and real estate loan restructurings. Marc was associated with the law firm of Kramer Levin, where he specialized in complex corporate and real estate restructurings. Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and New York University.

Diana Benincasa has experience in real estate investment, valuation and development, as well as in technology and operations. She has been licensed with Coldwell Banker serving both commercial and retail clients in New York and Connecticut.
Her previous career was in marketing management at IBM. Baruch College and MBA at
New York University, Stern School of Business.
