The Hazel has 183 apartments with an average size of 609 square feet opened June 2022. The project is 201,639 gross square feet, fully leased ahead of schedule with rents above budget. The first floor retail is occupied by two cafes. We own the initial developer entity and maintain a 25% interest in the general partnership. Rent growth in the comparable market set for the past year was 10%.
